Watch the Beacon Council's Lecture on the Real Estate Revival

Interesting info... Jeannett "Since the 2008 recession, Miami-Dade County has seen a steady strengthening of its residential real estate market. One example: In 2009, the occupancy rate in Downtown was 62 percent. Today, that number has risen to 95 percent, a fact that explains the return of cranes to our city's skyline."   Watch the presentation.
